New South Wales and Queensland selectors opted not to make any radical changes to their teams for the Game III dead-rubber clash to be held at Suncorp Stadium on Wednesday, 4th July.

The Maroons named an unchanged line-up for Game III however fitness tests are clouding lock Dallas Johnson (knee) and Jacob Lillyman (eye socket).

Brisbane Broncos">Brisbane Broncos centre Justin Hodges remains in doubt after sustaining an injury to his right ankle late in his side’s 48-18 win over the Wests Tigers on Monday night.

New South Wales selectors with nothing to lose took a chance on Cronulla utility Greg Bird playing five-eighth ahead of the injured Braith Anasta.Bird will be in familiar company, joining fellow Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks">Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks team-mate Brett Kimmorley in the halves.

Paul Gallen was selected at lock while former Parramatta Eels">Parramatta Eels teammates Andrew Ryan and Nathan Hindmarsh are both in the back-row. Willie Mason has been switched to prop again along with Manly’s Brent Kite.
