Are you excited? Nervous? Flooding your household with sweat? Don’t despair, thousands of other fans like you are also anticipating round 16 of the Jim Beam Cup.

Last weekend two games were won by 2 point-margins while another tight contest ended in a 22-all draw between Wentworthville and The Entrance.

So competitive is this year’s competition that yours truly tipped 5 of 6 games incorrectly in round 15. That’s how tough it is to separate the winners from the losers on a week by week basis.

Check out all the matches to be played on July 7-8 and see if you can pick the winners. If you tip all 6 matches correctly, I’ll give you a salute in next week’s JBC column.

You'll notice I've tipped mostly away teams this weekend including Seven Hills whose only win this season was a 24-10 victory over Chester Hill at home back in round 5.

Round 16 kicks-off on Saturday night at Ron Costello Oval when Shellharbour go hunting for their 5th win of the season.

Of the four JBC teams that made their debut this season, the Marlins are the second best performing club behind Mounties.
