The Connecticut Wildcats and the Aston DC Bulls remain undefeated in the American National Rugby League after the opening four rounds.

Connecticut – who have been winning by an average margin of 38.75 points per game since the 2007 season commenced – sit in top spot on the competition ladder on 20-points.

Their impressive for and against figures ( 208 F and 53 A) have been their only protection against rivals, Aston DC who sit in second spot on 20 competition points.

Meanwhile the Fairfax Eagles are looking odds on favourites to win the Wooden Spoon this year. They’ve scored 0 points in their opening three fixtures.

Should they master the art of the field goal however then their scoreless days could be numbered.
