Sydney continue their impressive form vs. Newcastle Jets to move further clear at the top of the A-League. Perth Glory made it five on the trot in a stellar display against a woeful Adelaide with a 3-0 win. A blockbuster first half fizzled in the second as Brisbane Roar and Melbourne City failed to best one another. Wellington Phoenix matched their club's unbeaten streak record with ease against a disappointing Wanderers. We are near the midway point -- curse you, uneven rounds and byes -- of the A-League season. It's time for some perspective.
